Hidden Beauty 4 U endeavours to offer as much availability and to be as flexible as it can to all clients.
Please note all appointments must be pre booked.
If you find that you require a day or time not stated on the website opening hours, please do not hesitate to get in touch and H.B.4.U will do all it can to support your requirements.
PAYMENT
At H.B.4.U we take payment for treatments and products by BACS (online banking).
Credit Card facilities are not available.
We take payment for treatment bookings and product purchases upfront, once the payment is received your treatment booking will be secure or product purchase will be processed.
DEPOSITS – H.B.4.U maintains the right to request a deposit for any/all treatments that take place, especially in busy periods.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE OF TREATMENT
H.B.4.U will endeavour to be sympathetic if a change of treatment, ‘no show’ or cancellation occurs.
H.B.4.U understands that sometimes emergency situations mean you are unable to attend your treatment, with this in mind it is at the discretion of the management for a charge to apply.
If you find that you need to change the type of your treatment on the day of your appointment for a medical or personal reason, then H.B.4.U will do its best to accommodate your needs. You have the choice to keep the appointment time and choose an alternative treatment at a similar cost and duration of your original appointment or cancel the original treatment booking.
In order to ensure the best possible service our cancellation & change of treatment policies are as follows;
*NO SHOW – If you fail to turn up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full treatment, you will not be able to make any further appointments until this charge is paid.
If you have a gift voucher, this will be put towards the No Show charge.
*CANCELLATION – We require at least 48 hours notice by telephone or email to cancel an appointment, otherwise a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost may be charged if we are unable to fill the slot. If the client has a gift voucher these will be put towards the Cancellation charge.
*LATE RESCHEDULING – If you need to reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice this will be treated as a cancelled appointment and charged accordingly.
We aim to send reminders by text within 48 hours of an appointment to clients who have not opted out, but cannot guarantee that you will always receive them. Please note that the above fees apply regardless of whether or not a text reminder has been received.
TIMINGS
In order to maximise your experience at H.B.4.U, it is advised that you arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time.
At H.B.4.U we carry out thorough consultations prior to any treatment taking place or purchase of any products and we regularly update registration forms/treatment cards. We encourage our clients to relax with a beverage before any treatment takes place.
Please be aware that treatments must be completed promptly in order to be fair to all clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment H.B.4.U may not be able to accommodate you for the full duration of your original appointment, at this point cancellation charges may be incurred at the discretion of the management.
MOBILE PHONES
The most important part of your treatment at H.B.4.U is relaxation, with this is mind we encourage a NO Mobile Phone policy. Please do let the therapist know should you need to keep your mobile accessible during your treatment for emergency purposes only.
VOUCHERS
H.B.4.U offers gift vouchers for treatments and products. Vouchers are valid until the date stated on the gift certificate from the date of purchase.
COURSES
Courses of treatments are available at H.B.4.U and are only valid for six months from the date of purchase.
DISCOUNTS
H.B.4.U is only able to offer one discounted service at a time. Please note all special offers and gift vouchers must be used independently of each other and are subject to terms and conditions.
