Treatments

A Traditional treatment which relieves tension, headaches and stress. It involves the therapist using their hands to rub, knead and squeeze the body’s soft tissues, such as the muscles. In India this has been practised for over 1,000 years. This is a gentle yet firm and powerful massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The massage is carried out whilst you remain fully clothed and comfortably seated.

This treatment can aid joint stiffness, relaxation, reduce pain or tension, encourage body wellbeing, improve skin conditions and much more.

This is a massage treatment using a combination of heated and cooled stones.

The therapist uses a variety of size, shape & temperature stones to place under, on and around the body as well as using them to work the muscles of the body through different massage techniques.

This treatment will leave you feeling relaxed, energised, well balanced and your muscles will feel released and calm.

The message is the temperature, the messenger, the stones.
